FAQ
Short answers. No invented proof.
What the $199 snapshot is, what it is not, and how a run actually happens.
What am I buying?
One PDF. We run 20 real buyer questions about your product across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews. You get who is named, exact quotes, wrong facts, who was recommended instead, and a 5-item fix list. Delivered by email within 24 hours of a cleared order.
Is this a SaaS, a dashboard, or monthly monitoring?
No. There is no login, no seat, and no standing crawl. A $49/mo re-snapshot — same 20 prompts, a delta table — may exist later. It is listed on the site so the path is honest. It is not for sale today.
How is this different from Otterly-style $29/mo tools?
Those products monitor. We diagnose. You get screenshots and the sentences the engines used, in a document you can forward to a founder, a client, or a board thread. You do not get a mention-rate sparkline and a login.
Do you guarantee we will be recommended?
No. We guarantee a useful report of what the five engines said, or a refund. If the engines omit you, the PDF says so. That is often the most useful page in the document.
What does “useful report or refund” mean?
If the PDF is not a usable diagnosis — missing engines, missing prompts, quotes that are not verbatim, or a fix list that could have been written without the run — write us and we refund the $199 (or $149 / $399). Disliking the news is not a defect. We do not refund because the engines named a rival.
When does the 24-hour clock start?
When two things are true: payment has cleared on Lemon Squeezy, and intake is complete (working public URL, category, three competitors, an email that can take a PDF). Submitting the form on this site starts neither.
How do you run the five engines?
As logged-in browser users. Same prompt text, same calendar day, one capture per engine per prompt. Screenshot plus the verbatim sentence we will quote. We do not use unofficial scrapes or undocumented APIs. If an engine is down or refuses the session, we say so in the PDF and we do not invent the cell.
What do you need from me?
Product URL, category in a buyer’s words, three competitors, email. Five optional buyer questions if you already know the ones that close deals. We fill the rest from a 20-prompt library (category, competitor, “best X for Y”, “X vs Z”, alternatives, pricing, who should use).
What is in the 5-item fix list?
Five actions, always in these categories, written from that run:
- Schema (product / org / FAQ structured data)
- FAQ (a public page that uses the same nouns as the prompts)
- Listicle citations (the third-party “best X” pages engines already used)
- Pricing-page clarity (so a model cannot invent a number)
- llms.txt (a short, crawlable statement of what the product is and is not)
We do not ship a 40-item GEO checklist. We ship five things a small team can do this week.
What is the agency white-label at $149?
The same report, your cover, no AI Reco Report mark on the PDF. For boutique GEO/SEO shops who will put the document in front of a client as a first artifact. Intake is the same. The 24-hour clock is the same. The refund rule is the same.
What is the $399 3-pack?
Three PDFs. Typical uses: three products in one portfolio, or one product plus two competitor-as-subject runs. Each PDF has its own 24-hour clock from the moment that subject’s intake is complete and paid.
Can I buy the $49/mo re-snapshot now?
No. It is listed so you know we are not pretending monitoring does not exist. When it ships it will re-run the same 20 prompts and add a delta table. It will not replace the one-time diagnosis.
Why is checkout not on this site?
Checkout connects after Lemon Squeezy. The intake form validates in the browser and can open a mailto:. We do not show a fake “payment succeeded” state. We do not start work on a form submit.
Do you publish customer logos, G2 scores, or order counts?
No. This site has none of those, invented or real. The sample page uses Linear.app as an example subject and says so on every sheet. It is not a customer and it is not a finding.
What language is the PDF in?
English. Prompts are run in English. If your buyers ask in another language, say so in the notes — we will tell you honestly whether we can take the job.
Who is this for?
B2B SaaS founders and PMs who just launched and need a document, not a stack. Boutique GEO and SEO agencies who want a first artifact before a retainer. If you already run a visibility platform and a content machine, you do not need us.
